Cancellation Policy: No Shows/ Cancellations: In case of cancellation, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule without penalty. Failure to do so may result in a 50% charge of the booked service. No-shows will incur the full service charge. No Refunds after services are rendered: Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued once the treatment has been performed. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please inform your Artist within 48 hours so that a complimentary touch-up (if deemed necessary by the Artist) can be arranged. Late Policy - A 15-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals. - Arrivals after 15 minutes will result in a forfeited deposit and appointment.
